How do I pay?

Payment is by SEPA bank transfer. You'll see our bank details as soon as you place your order, and again in your order confirmation email.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as you order, and a follow-up once your payment is confirmed and your order ships.

Where do you ship from?

Each piece ships directly from the artist who made it, not from a central warehouse — see our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Can I return an item?

Yes — you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.

What currency are prices in?

All prices are in EUR.

Who are the artists?

Real, working artists and artist communities, each reviewed personally before their profile goes live — browse them all on the Artists and Communities pages.

I'm an artist — can I sell here?
